Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between CGST, SGST and IGST?
CGST + SGST apply when buyer and seller are in the same state — the tax is split equally between central and state government. IGST applies to inter-state sales, where the full tax goes to the central government.
What does GST-inclusive mean?
It means the price you entered already contains GST. The calculator works backwards to split it into net amount and GST. GST-exclusive means GST will be added on top.
